What is the difference between LOOP and LOOP PRO?+
Both have a magnetic phone-mount ring and a flip-straw lid. PRO adds a magnetic grip sleeve, a hook with carabiner, and a removable base boot with a tracker recess. The tracker tag is not included.
What comes in the box?+
LOOP includes the bottle, phone-mount lid with straw and a magnetic booster ring. LOOP PRO also includes its magnetic sleeve, carabiner and base boot. A phone and tracker tag are not included.
Fit
Will LOOP work with my phone?+
MagSafe-compatible phones and cases can attach directly. For other phones or cases, use the included magnetic booster ring where suitable. Check the hold with your own phone and case before use.
Which size should I choose?+
Choose 24 oz for a lighter everyday carry or 32 oz for more water between refills. LOOP comes in both sizes; LOOP PRO is 24 oz. Check your bag or cup holder against the bottle dimensions before ordering.
Can I attach plain LOOP to a fridge or rack?+
The lid ring mounts a phone. Metal-surface attachment is a separate feature of the LOOP PRO magnetic sleeve, not the plain LOOP body.
Care
How should I clean my LOOP?+
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly and leave open to dry. Clean the straw and seals regularly. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Follow the supplied care guide for each component.
Can I use the straw with hot drinks?+
Do not drink hot liquids through the straw. Follow the supplied product guide and allow hot drinks to cool before drinking.

How do delivery and payment work?+
Delivery within Pakistan is Rs 350.00 or free on qualifying orders of Rs 16,133.00+. Estimated delivery from order confirmation: 1–3 business days in major cities and 3–5 elsewhere. These are estimates, not guarantees. Available payment methods and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout. Your dispatch message includes a tracking link. For bank transfers, follow the instructions provided after ordering and quote your order number when submitting payment confirmation.
What if something is wrong with my order?+
For an item that arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact NOVRA within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video. The policy offers a replacement or full refund, with return courier costs covered. Manufacturing defects are covered for 6 months from delivery. Contact us before returning an item; see the full return and refund policy for conditions.
Can I give LOOP as a gift?+
Two ways to give: choose a LOOP, LOOP PRO or Duo with optional Rs 350.00 wrapping and a free handwritten card, or give a digital NOVRA Gift Card so they choose their own bottle. Gift cards are emailed after confirmed payment and fulfilment; availability is shown on the Gift Card page.
What is LOOP Duo?+
LOOP Duo lets you choose two bottles, with a model, size and colour for each. Pick from LOOP 24 oz, LOOP 32 oz and LOOP PRO 24 oz, subject to availability. The price updates for your chosen pair; optional gift wrapping is charged once per order.
