LOOP BY NOVRA — SHIPPING POLICY
Where we deliver: We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan via Leopards Courier. International shipping isn't available yet.
Payment on delivery: Most orders are Cash on Delivery — pay the rider when your parcel arrives; no advance payment needed. If you'd prefer to pay in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, let us know at checkout or by WhatsApp.
Order confirmation: After you place an order, we'll call or WhatsApp you the same day to confirm your order and delivery address before it's dispatched. Please answer this call or reply promptly—unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
A complete address matters—please include:
- House number
- Street number
- Colony/mohalla/society name
- A nearby landmark
Incomplete addresses (just a city or area name) are the single biggest cause of failed deliveries in Pakistan—riders are organized by neighbourhood, not city, and cannot deliver to a location they can't locate. Please also make sure your phone number is reachable—if your primary number is often unreachable, give us an alternate number (a parent's or sibling's) that will be.
Delivery time
- Major cities: typically 1–3 business days from confirmation
- Other areas: typically 3–5 business days
These are courier estimates, not guarantees—delays can happen with weather, holidays, or high volume. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Shipping charges: Delivery within Pakistan costs Rs 350. Free delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders of Rs 16,990 or more. Eligibility is based on purchase amount, not bottle quantity. The final delivery charge appears at checkout.
Order processing time: Estimated delivery from order confirmation: 1–3 business days in major cities and 3–5 business days elsewhere. Monday–Saturday.
Parcel condition on arrival: Every LOOP box is sealed with a tamper sticker. If the seal is torn, missing, or the box looks damaged, please do not accept the parcel—refuse it at the door and contact us on WhatsApp immediately so we can send a replacement.
