Using LOOP as a mount
LOOP holds your phone whether the bottle is full or empty. A few things to know before you trust it with your device.
Your phone must be magnetic.
A MagSafe iPhone, or any phone in a MagSafe-compatible case. If yours is not — most Android phones are not — fit the NOVRA Booster Ring included in this box first.
Use it on a hard, flat surface.
Beds, carpet, sofas and car dashboards let the bottle lean and tip.
Outdoors, fill the bottle first.
In wind, a light bottle with a phone on it will tip.
Never mount while it's moving.
Not in a moving car, not hanging from a bag, not clipped to anything.
Test the hold before you let go. Every time.
NOVRA accepts no responsibility for damage to devices, damage to property, or injury caused by using LOOP as a mount. Use it on a flat, stable, hard surface, keep it away from edges, and check that your device is secure before releasing it.
Before your first drink
Remove all packaging film. Wash the body and the lid in warm soapy water, rinse, and air-dry with the lid off.
Filling
Fill to the shoulder, not the brim — 2 to 3 cm of air keeps the seal clean. For the coldest water, rinse the inside with cold water first. For the hottest tea, rinse with hot.
Closing
Screw the lid until it stops turning. Firm, not forced — The lid seals as one moulded piece, so forcing it past that point won't seal it any better and just strains the threads.
Cleaning
Rinse daily. Weekly, and always after coffee, milk, juice or protein, Unscrew the lid and scrub the inside with a soft brush and warm soapy water. Odour lives in the silicone, not the steel. Rinse well and air-dry with the lid off.
Safety
Hot liquids. Steam builds pressure inside a sealed vacuum bottle. Open the lid slowly and point the opening away from your face and hands. Never fill hot liquid above the shoulder.
The magnet. The lid ring contains a permanent magnet. Keep it at least 10 cm from bank cards, hotel key cards, mechanical watches and hard drives. If you or anyone near you uses a pacemaker, defibrillator, insulin pump or other implanted medical device, consult your doctor before using the magnetic stand.
Never. Dishwasher · microwave · freezer · stove or oven · bleach, chlorine or steel wool · carbonated drinks · dry ice
Carbonation builds pressure and can force the lid open. Heat and dishwasher detergent strip the powder coat and can break the vacuum seal.
Not a toy. Keep small parts away from children under three.

Covered — vacuum seal failure, lid seal failure, lid thread or hinge defects, coating defects present on arrival.
Not covered — dents, scratches and normal wear, drop damage, dishwasher or freezer damage, staining from tea or coffee, and loss of magnetic grip caused by a phone case.
