LOOP BY NOVRA — TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to getnovra.co ("the Site"), operated by LOOP by NOVRA ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing the Site, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site: You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order—if you are a minor, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current information when placing an order (name, address, phone number) and not to use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including placing orders with no intention of accepting delivery.

2. Products and Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, sizes, and details accurately, but we don't warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at that price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation: Placing an order on the Site is an offer to purchase, not a guaranteed sale. We confirm every order by phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch (see our Shipping Policy for the confirmation window). We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order—including orders that appear fraudulent, orders we cannot verify, or orders to an address our courier cannot reach—at our discretion, at any point before dispatch.

4. Payment: Most orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): you pay the courier rider when your parcel is delivered, with no advance payment required. You may also choose to pay in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa—arrange this at checkout or via WhatsApp. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in prepayment being required for future orders (see our Shipping Policy).

5. Shipping and Delivery: Shipping timeframes, courier partners, shipping charges, and address requirements are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Returns, exchanges, refunds, and our manufacturing-defect warranty are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property: All content on the site—including the LOOP and NOVRA names and logos, product photography, page design, and written copy—is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Links: The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, social media pages or payment providers) that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LOOP by NOVRA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

11. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
